Around June of last year Jig's made a post about League of Legends which had a few replies based on the search tool. I'm here to recruit you fucks for some fun PvP action.

Basically League of Legends is similar to DOTA from Warcraft 3. It's made by the same guys but it's a different game. There was quite a bit that they couldn't do with it being strictly a War 3 mod so they decided to make their own game. While made by the same guys as DOTA it is quite different apparently, however I didn't play DOTA this is just what I hear. Heroes of Newerth made by the S2 guys adheres to what DOTA was more than LOL.

Basically it's a game where you try to destroy the enemy base, while they do the same. There is no base building as in most RTS, instead you control one of 50 champions, and you work with your teammates to destroy the enemy team, and ultimately their base. It's extremely addicting and doesn't require 300 hours of grinding in an MMO in order to compete. It's very easy to jump right in and start playing, but it takes a long,long time to master.
